With my ReWILD Reset program, connect your mind and body to it's natural rhythms, restore balance, and examine the ways modern human life may be causing dysfunction.

The ReWILD Reset is a 12-month journey, embedded in the Northern Hemisphere seasonal calendar. Join for the entire calendar year or join for one Solstice to Equinox cycle.

THE REWILD RESET

12-MONTH REWILD RESET

When you decide to devote a full year to the ReWILD Reset, you will be joining a small community of fellow travelers. I keep the number of people journeying together small on purpose: so that we have the opportunity to build authentic community with one another.

This program is rooted in a strengths-based mindfulness philosophy. At the end of the 12-month cycle, you will walk away with a greater sense of your values, purpose, and meaning in this life as well as a strong mindfulness practice.

This is not an overwhelming course of study. There will be no homework or required reading. You will be invited to create intentional space in your life twice a month to connect, receive, and respond to the topic of the month via live group video calls.

This program will ask you to spend time noticing and reflecting. Nature observation and spending time outdoors will be a strong aspect of our year together.  

SEASONAL REWILD RESET

Much like the 12-month ReWILD RESET, the during the Seasonal ReWILD RESET, you will devote a full 3 months to participating in the program. You will join a small community of fellow travelers who also want to participate for just one season.
