The Coaching Process

GATHER

First, we gather all the pieces of your life story together: past health history, major life events, and the experiences and traits that make you, you. In a sense, we are gathering all the tools you will need for the journey ahead.

SORT

Next,  I start to really get to know you by asking questions meant to invoke exploration. I guide you through the process of designing your future health vision by first digging deeper into your purpose, meaning, and values.

SOW

Now you are ready for action! The ground is fertile for change. You begin to take the first steps towards your meaningful future health goals. This part is hard work, but I am with you every step of the way.

NURTURE

Goals shift. Life happens. We respond by being flexible and adaptable. Every change process involves the unknown and during this step in the coaching process, we revisit, recalibrate, and refine goals and approaches based on observations and needs.

Nothing ever goes away until it has taught us what we need to know.
