This 3-session package focuses on the emotional mindset that is keeping you stuck (that, like the immune system, is "protecting" you - but in reality is holding you back). It's a great way for someone to get introduced to health coaching!
Using the Immunity to Change mapping tool, I walk you through 3 coaching sessions where we dig into the emotional immune system that is keeping you stuck (and keeping you "safe").
Using a 4-step process created by Harvard professors Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey, we will:
Identify your adaptive goal
Clear out obstructive behaviors
Confront competing commitments
And challenge your big assumptions.
You will walk away from this process with new insights and a more creative and compassionate mindset for approaching change.
This package includes:
One 30-minute foundation session during which we discuss your "adaptive goal"
One 60-minute session during which you create your Immunity to Change map
And one 30-minute follow up session 2 weeks later, during which we discuss your reflections on the process and what it was like to challenge your big assumptions.
